Mornings. Woof. Day 6

Ummmm so with it only being 10ish hours since my last class, my body was tiiiight. By going to class at night all week, my body had time to wake up and move throughout the day and I was loose by the time I got to class. This morning that was not the case. Woke up at 6:40 and said "whatttttt. whyyyy. grunt grunt." and eventually rolled out of bed. Very difficult because it's so cold in the morning right now and snuggling in bed, listening to the bulldog (and Drew) snoring is so much more inviting than even then 2 second walk to my car from the house in the 30 degree weather.

Class itself was interesting. Lots of sleepyheads and yawning going on and it took so much longer to get into postures because my body was just not operating. I was stiff and rigid and tight and sore and wanted to take a good nappy nap on my mat. Unfortunately for all of us, there was a guy in there this morning that really had no clue how to maneuver his body at all and grunted SO loud during every posture and was saying things such as "Oh God" "Damnit" "Ouch" etc the whole time...BEYOND distracting. I've never seen that many people rolling their eyes and sighing because of one person in a class. Eventually, he decided he couldn't take it in the middle of the floor series and asked if he could leave the room. Severine was kind enough to let him leave and go home (she may have been annoyed at that point as well). By the time class was over, my body felt better and awake...CRAZY cause I had zero coffee before class....Danger. Run. Could not wait to get home and chug my first cup of coffee for the day. I feel better. :)

Now I have the most time off between classes then I've had all week, so I'm hoping to feel beyond refreshed by 4:30 tomorrow...minus the fact that I'll be glugging along from going to Mas for dinner tonight. Ohhhhh darn.

Namaste you lovelies!
